Cancel anytime from the plan menu in the editor — no questions asked. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Charges for a billing period that has already started are final. You can use the free tier anytime to try the app before subscribing.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and is final once completed. Trying the free tier first is a good way to make sure the app fits your workflow.
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a payment that succeeded but never activated your plan — contact us and we’ll make it right, either by activating the plan you paid for or reversing the erroneous charge to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Email support@lumacaption.com from your account email with the payment id (visible in your Razorpay receipt).
