How it works

  1. Generate your transcript

Choose the spoken language and correct mistakes first.

  2. Compare two different styles

Preview the same difficult sentence in a calm style and a moving one.

  3. Export the chosen motion

Save a captioned video, which keeps the animation.

Animation should help the viewer find the current word without making the sentence harder to read. Start with the pace of the speaker and the amount already happening in the shot.

A quiet talking-head clip can support more motion than a fast demonstration, where the viewer is already following hands and objects.

Word-timed motion
The animation follows the transcript’s word timestamps. Review unusual pauses and fast phrases.
A range of visual weight
Choose an understated overlay or a more expressive composition.
Editable emphasis
Select the word you want to stand out instead of accepting every automatic choice.

What each effect does to reading

A word reveal introduces words as they are spoken. Karaoke-style highlighting leaves the phrase visible while the active word changes. Kinetic typography makes the text a larger composition.

For a dense explanation, a visible phrase gives the viewer context. For a brief hook, a reveal can follow the delivery more closely. These are design choices. None of them guarantees engagement.

Test the hardest sentence

Preview the fastest line, the longest name and the busiest background. A style that works only on a short opening phrase may not suit the rest of the video.

Check with the sound off for reading and with it on for timing. If the movement pulls attention from the words, reduce it before you increase the font size or add colours.

Common questions

Do animated captions export in SRT?

An SRT stores only text and timing. The motion and visual treatment survive only in an exported video.

Will animation make the video perform better?

There is no guaranteed lift. Use motion when it makes the words easier to read or fits the delivery, and judge the results with your own audience.

Can I change the words after styling?

Yes. Edit the transcript, replay the affected passage and check the line breaks before exporting.
