How it works

  1. Add and transcribe

Add your media and choose its spoken language. Sign in to generate captions; extracted audio is sent for transcription while the video stays on your device.

  2. Review the result

Play the clip and correct names, numbers and any misheard phrases before choosing the final appearance.

  3. Export and check

Download the captioned video, then play the saved file at its intended viewing size. Keep the editable project for later corrections.

A long sentence cannot always fit as a large readable composition. Split at a meaningful phrase boundary rather than squeezing every word into one frame.

Structured layouts
Compare Swiss and Monolith for a more ordered composition.
Strong emphasis
Try Stomp or Brutalist for a brief statement with a clear focal word.
Motion and depth
Preview Tower, Marquee or Typography when movement is part of the scene.

Shorten the grouping before shrinking the type

For “Three mistakes to avoid”, keep the promise together. For a longer explanation, change to a smaller caption treatment instead of making every word equally dominant.

Give the eye something stable

Allow the viewer to read the complete thought before the next scene takes over. Listen to the natural pauses and inspect whether important words remain visible long enough.

Keep essential imagery uncovered. If the video demonstrates a product or a technique, the words should not hide the thing being explained.

Common questions

Is this a general motion-graphics editor?

No. These are caption styles driven by your project’s text and timing.

Can I use big text for every line?

You can, but test the whole sequence for reading effort. Vary scale according to the content rather than using maximum size everywhere.

Does a bigger caption guarantee more views?

No. It is a presentation choice. The message, audience and context still determine whether it is useful.
